1. High School Diploma Required.
2. Some college preferred.
3. Certification within F&B preferred.
4. Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
5. 5- 7 years proven experience in the food and beverage industry or entertainment.
6. Excellent financial and budget management skills.
7. Highly skilled in running midsize F&B or entertainment operation.
8. Intermediate experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, electronic mail software, and restaurant-specific software.
9. Excellent organization and project management skills.
10. Flexibility with hours including some nights and weekends & holidays
