We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Work Setting : Clinic
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1-hour lunch
Patient Volume : Approximately 8-10 / day
Ages seen : All ages

Specialties and Staff on Site : MD, NPs, LPNs, Pharma, Case Managers, support and administrative staff
Credentialing : 2-3 weeks
Requirements :
- Licensure : any state license accepted but AZ is preferred
