Job Overview: The General Manager of LaunchPad Golf oversees the operations and management of the golf entertainment facility. This leadership role ensures all aspects of the facility, including field maintenance, team management, customer service, group sales, restaurant, and financial performance to annual goals are effectively managed to provide an exceptional experience for guests. The General Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and fostering a positive work environment. Leverage a combination of business acumen, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to achieve operational excellence and drive the success of LaunchPad.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required.
- Some college preferred.
- Certification within F&B preferred.
- Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
- 5- 7 years proven experience in the food and beverage industry or entertainment.
- Excellent financial and budget management skills.
- Highly skilled in running midsize F&B or entertainment operation.
- Intermediate experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, electronic mail software, and restaurant-specific software.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Flexibility with hours including some nights and weekends & holidays

- A proven people leader with 5 years of success in building and leading high performing teams.
- Act as a leader of change and innovation across the business.
