Job Overview: Performs installation, maintenance, and repair to low voltage systems including but not limited to BAS, network, fiber optic, DAS, WIFI, F/A, antenna, audio and video systems to ensure proper functionality throughout all SMSC facilities providing the highest level of service. In addition, our Low Voltage Technician will assist our Electricians when needed.

Job Requirements:
- Any combination of two-year’ trade school in electrical- or electronics-related field and two years’ minimum field experience.
- Knowledge of telecom standards and codes (i.e., EIA/TIA, NEC) relating to Network, Fiber Optics, Fire.
- Alarm systems, paging systems, Security systems, Audio/Video, Antenna and low voltage wiring.
- Must possess Power Limited Technician License.
- Basic knowledge of computer keyboard for simple data entry and electronic mail software.
- Valid Class D driver’s license required with a good driving record.
