Job Overview: The Supervisor, Maintenance & Technology is responsible for leading the day-to-day tasks to operationally run this facility. This individual has general responsibilities as it relates keeping all mechanical, technology, and all indoors/outdoors spaces fully functional for both staff and guests, as well as safe.

- The team will include two other supporting staff
- Lead your team in routine maintenance and technical tasks, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with golf-gaming software and equipment to ensure uninterrupted guest experience
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the driving range, ensuring efficient golf ball collection and optimal playing conditions
- Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical equipment, identifying and addressing any repairs or replacements needed to maintain peak performance.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of event areas, including coordinating audio equipment and any other items needed for special events
- Build a network within the Mystic Like enterprise of people/groups that will be needed to support the LaunchPad facility.
- Perform any and all regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment, including filters, light bulbs, etc
- Supervise any vendors on-site for repairs or installations
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 5 years’ experience in basic repairs and maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of tablets, televisions, and interfaces to software systems
- Leadership and/or mentoring experience to train a small support team to perform duties in your absence
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment, standing for extended periods of time, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work a varying schedule, which includes nights and weekends

- On feet or standing - Percent of Time: 90%
