Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Molding Stock Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring that products are readily available for customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 3p-11p, Friday and Saturday 11a-11p
Daily responsibilities
Fill material and concentrate hoppers as needed throughout the day. Clean and mop as time permits. Clean machines of all materials, oils, purges and scrap bins. Must be familiar with tool changes.
Duties
- Will report to Shipping/Logistics Manager as necessary.
- Pull stock from warehouse racks based on provided lists and running jobs.
- Place pulled stock in staging area to be distributed to workstations as needed.
- Return unused stock to proper warehouse racks when components are no longer needed at workstations.
- Responsible for properly storing finished goods that are brought back from Molding and Assembly. Will need to make trips between plants for various materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Molding, stocking/ warehouse operations is required.
- Familiarity with plastic injection Molding.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection.
- Proficient in using hand tools and basic machinery related to stocking tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
