Job Overview
Tribe Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for a high school or college student or an individual looking to contribute to a male-focused youth program. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions, including managing files, scheduling, and office communications.
- Support program operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for staff and participants.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities related to the male youth program.
- Handle basic office tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining records.
- Provide general support to team members and program participants.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or current college student preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
- Interest in youth development, mentorship, or community programs is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a male-centered program environment while maintaining inclusivity and professionalism.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
