Role Description
Responsible for establishing and managing a robust administrative system. Oversees communications, job assignments, and ensuring goals and protocols are adhered to. Communications with partners, stakeholders, employees, and volunteers are required. Managing financial accounts, including delinquency notices and establishing of new accounts is necessary. Will manage three (3) key youth events: Workforce Development Workshop, Summer Experience and a STEM Quest Engagment to ensure successful outcomes. Seeking an individual that is living within the Richmond VA area and surrounding counties.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in office equipment management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic office software applications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
