VIP Client Relations Specialist - Tribeca Cabinetry

Job Description:

Tribeca Cabinetry is looking for a VIP Client Relations Specialist to join our VIP Account Management Department. This role is responsible for managing high-value client accounts, ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in account management, communication, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, handling inquiries, order processing, and account management.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and production teams to meet client expectations.
• Proactively monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for improved service and sales growth.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking client orders and performance metrics.
• Work with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to manage communication and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and client feedback.
• Participate in strategy meetings to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with 2020 Insight, and NetSuite

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in account management, client relations, or sales support is preferred
• Intermediate Excel Skills (data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting)
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 Skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Reliable and dependable with a professional work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
