Key Responsibilities:Compensation Management:
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and Director/Executive compensation packages.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Oversee job evaluations, classifications, and salary grade assignments.
- Lead the annual merit review, bonus planning, and salary adjustment processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
- Ensure payroll system integration with compensation programs and HCM.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Partner with payroll teams to streamline operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage compensation-related modules within the HCM (e.g., Dayforce).
- Ensure accurate data management and system configuration for compensation and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HCM System Administrator, IT, HR, and Finance teams to optimize HCM functionality for reporting, planning, and compliance.
- Lead system audits and troubleshoot issues related to compensation and payroll.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning.
- Generate reports on salary benchmarks, budget alignment, and key performance indicators.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, and pay equity standards.
- Develop and maintain compensation, payroll, and HCM policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to business partners and managers on compensation matters.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation analysts, payroll specialists, or HCM administrators (if applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in compensation management, payroll, or HRIS oversight.
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, modeling, and strategy.
