APARTMENTS MAINTENANCE LEAD
This position reports to the property manager and requires attention to detail, technical skill and the ability to follow directions. A Maintenance Lead performs work orders to fix items in apartments and turns recently vacated units into apartments ready for occupancy.
MAINTENANCE LEAD JOB DUTIES
- Perform work order repairs for plumbing, hvac, electrical, appliance and miscellaneous repairs.
- Paint vacated apartments or touch up paint on vacated apartments
- Trash out recently vacated apartments
- Change bulbs, locks
- Repair general punch items
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
- Lift 40-50 lbs.
- Perform painting, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots
MAINTENANCE LEAD REQUIREMENTS
- Construction, hotel/apartment or general maintenance experience required
- Have dependable transportation to and from work
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers'
