What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.
- Lead with Excellence: Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.
- Hands-On: Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
- Welcoming Spaces: Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards.
- Safety First: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge: 3 years of experience in maintenance or property management, with prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
- Hands-On: You own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
- Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification required.
- Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $27 per hour.
