What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at TriCat Restoration?
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry on Multiple Online Platforms
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is Key!
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Restoration experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and order entry
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Google Docs & Sheets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
