Position Overview:
TrickleStar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll work closely with potential and existing customers, helping them understand the value of our products, driving sales, and supporting our business development efforts. This role is office based, to build Team rapport and support. If you are a proactive communicator with a knack for building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales tactics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in TrickleStar's range of products, providing detailed product information to prospects and customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are managed effectively and sales targets are met.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals, presenting appropriate product options and benefits.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, driving company revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service abilities and experience in collaboration with sales teams
- Proficiency in negotiation and B2B sales techniques
- Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales
- Experience with CRM software
- Background in business development, outbound calling, and marketing strategies
