Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to domestic and international customers, primarily via email and occasionally by phone, including : Quoting prices, checking product availability, processing orders, and offering basic technical product support.
- Accurately enter parts and service orders into Trico's ERP system.
- Log customer interactions in our CRM system for seamless follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping, accounting) to research and resolve order issues.
- Proactively prioritize and manage multiple customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
