Hourly Wage: $26.52 - $27.92

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is responsible for the data entry of all member information. Process transactions associated with billing and electrical services to ensure services are not disrupted. The information processor will take members calls and assist with resolving billing issues. This position will post payments to members accounts from daily collections and balance payments to daily reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or GED. The candidate should have previous experience with Microsoft Office such as excel and Access. We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated person who can work independently with minimal supervision.
