The Compliance Risk Manager in Tricolor Holdings plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards. He or she is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Compliance by ensuring day-to-day compliance activities are handled effectively, risks are managed, and all regulatory obligations are met, while also ensuring the organization is well-positioned to handle future compliance challenges.

The Compliance Risk Manager in Tricolor Holdings plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards. He or she is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Compliance by ensuring day-to-day compliance activities are handled effectively, risks are managed, and all regulatory obligations are met, while also ensuring the organization is well-positioned to handle future compliance challenges.
Compliance Risk Manager Compensation And Benefits
- Pay – $100,000 to $110,000 annual base salary 10% bonus

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Knowledge of applicable consumer financial services laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, UDAAP, TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, SCRA.
- Demonstrated experience with internal audits, risk management and policy development
- Proficiency in risk assessment, regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
- Ability to respond to complex regulatory inquiries and manage compliance investigations
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills with proven ability to motivate colleagues, communicate and collaborate effectively across the enterprise
- CRCM or CCEP certification a plus.
- Experience in driving results in changing and ambiguous situations, while delivering on expectations.
Compliance Risk Manager Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Compliance team functions
- Assist the VP of Compliance building out of the compliance program and processes
- Oversee responses to regulatory complaints, including investigation, documentation and resolution
- Assist the VP of Compliance with policy development and implementation
- Ensure the compliance team is proactive in maintaining up to date policy and procedure documentation
- Lead internal auditing activities and report on findings and mitigation strategies
- Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
- Oversee risk issue management
- Oversee and develop Compliance training for employees to ensure a thorough understanding of internal policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of audits regulatory interactions, policy updates, and compliance-related activities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective compliance strategies across the organization
- Monitor and report on status of compliance issues and opportunities to the VP of Compliance.
- Conduct research on new store regulated requirements
- Review company documents, communications, and training materials for regulatory compliance issues.
