Training Project Coordinator Compensation And Benefits
- Pay – $55,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment!
- 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of previous experience in training coordination or program implementation is desirable.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects or events simultaneously is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, driven, and motivated approach with a positive, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English / Spanish, required
- Business Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- Execute and manage the project development schedule in alignment with the organization's strategic vision and pre-developed content.
- Ensure that all aspects of the ongoing and future projects are implemented according to established guidelines and deadlines.
- Organize sessions, workshops, and events, taking responsibility for logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing and current projects.
- Compile and prepare reports on project progress and program effectiveness for management.
- Clearly communicate session details, updates, and any changes to participants and stakeholders.
- Identify potential operational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assist in gathering participant feedback to help refine and improve sales, operations and training processes.
