The HR Admin Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource department. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $48,000 to $52,000 annual base salary

Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency to speak, read and write in Spanish and English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 1-2 years of proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Responsibilities
- Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation. Updates reports as needed.
- Perform special projects, and related duties as assigned
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Manage memos, newsletters, and other internal communication pieces
- Schedules and organizes meetings; takes minutes during departmental meetings.
- Create expense reports and collect invoices for the department
- Assist covering HR Associates responsibilities when absent
- Manage Forms, re-routing and processing as needed.
