Facilities Coordinator Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $50,000 to $52,000 annually

Facilities Coordinator Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma
- 3 years of experience working in facilities management.
- Trade Experience (plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, etc.)
- Strong time management and project management skills; ability to prioritize, and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-starter
- Microsoft Office proficient – primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Bilingual English / Spanish.
- Preferred: Knowledge of State and Local licensing
- Position may require 25% travel. Valid DL.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Respond to repairs and emergencies, plan and perform maintenance, and track work orders to ensure timely completion and documentation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure building regulations compliance, track fire safety equipment maintenance, and assist with licensing and permitting.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Review estimates, submit invoices, track expenses, and provide budget reports while maintaining vendor relationships.
- Corporate Office Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate executive meals, handle badge requests, mail, and building access, and assist with corporate suite needs.
- Administrative & Miscellaneous Duties: Conduct site inspections, assist with executive requests, and perform various business support tasks as needed.
