Human Resources Associate Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $70,000 to $75,000 annually bonus

Human Resources Associate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must
• Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

 Human Resources Associate Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the success of new HR initiatives by assisting with project implementation and process improvements.
• Champion HR programs that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Help shape company policies by supporting the development and implementation of HR procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping the organization aligned with best practices.
• Conduct fair and thorough investigations into employee concerns to maintain a respectful work environment.
• Oversee smooth and professional employee transitions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and optimize the company’s employee database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and insightful reporting.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
