Human Resources Associate Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $70,000 to $75,000 annually bonus

Human Resources Associate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a must
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point required)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Human Resources Associate Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the success of new HR initiatives by assisting with project implementation and process improvements.
- Champion HR programs that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Help shape company policies by supporting the development and implementation of HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping the organization aligned with best practices.
- Conduct fair and thorough investigations into employee concerns to maintain a respectful work environment.
- Oversee smooth and professional employee transitions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s employee database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and insightful reporting.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
