Quick Lane Lead Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in title processing or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of title laws, regulations, and procedures for Texas, Nevada, Chicago, New Mexico, California, Arizona, Florida, Kansas City, and other states
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, weekends as required
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance or repair

Quick Lane Lead Responsibilities
- Lead the Quick Lane mechanical team in daily production activities, ensuring light mechanical diagnostics and repairs are completed in alignment with the Tricolor Recon Production Workflow Process.
- Train, mentor, and support Quick Lane technicians to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Assign and track work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule with accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the Recon Service Manager in Charge regarding repair requirements, parts ordering, priority production planning, and opportunities for workflow improvement.
