Receptionist Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $18.50 hourly

Receptionist Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complains.
- Computer and technical skills. Comfortable to complete deal actions in the AutoMas system.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – assist our customers and check them in, provide customer service support and administrative support to the sales department

Name of position Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit.
- Provide a pleasant experience from the moment our customers walk-in the store.
- Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries.
- Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading in to the AutoMas system; print, copy and scan contracts as needed.
- Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution.
