Shop Foreman Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $85,000 to $95,000 annually

Shop Foreman Qualifications
- 7 years ASE Master Experience
- 2 years of experience as Shop Foreman or related role
- Knowledge Excel and Microsoft Word to run reports
- Ability to work on Saturdays, evening shifts and overtime
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – diagnosing and reconditioning used vehicles in a car lot.

Shop Foreman Responsibilities
- Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and stores
- Schedule and coordinate repairs by priority, assigning the most qualified technicians to achieve the highest quality repair at the lowest cost
- Will do a walk around and perform weekly inventory reports to know what is on our parking lot
- Obtains any needed warranty or customer authorization before working on the unit including taking pictures, faxing in for authorization, or any / all procedures as prescribed in the manufacturer’s warranty policy & procedure manuals
- Assisting peers in developing diagnostic skills
