Responsibilities
- Complete the credentialing issuance process and provision USB security tokens to internal customers who require electronic access to specific systems.
- Follow established procedures and controls for processing incoming system access requests.
- Meet or exceed metrics related to the accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in processing requests to establish, modify, or discontinue access to services and internal business applications using multiple electronic access platforms while adhering to strict security controls and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of access requests and associated documentation, conduct due diligence to verify authorization, assess customer eligibility, complete required back-end application updates, and document customer interactions into applicable systems; following established procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of requests and conduct due diligence when handling a variety of customer/business-specific requests.
- Follow information security controls when performing credentialing/setting-up products, services, and/or applications for external/internal users; modifying/discontinuing accesses; communicating access instructions to users; mapping user credentials and server certificates; and provisioning physical devices for access control and encrypted information storage.
- 1 year of experience with access management, provisioning equipment, or other operations that utilize PCs and manual processes.

- Solid understanding of processes and awareness of security risks and controls (physical security, access security, etc.).
