Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to grocery retail operations and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business owners to design innovative solutions that address business needs while leveraging existing systems and technologies where possible.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3-years) as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on grocery retail merchandising solutions (Identity Access Management & IT Security)
- Identity Access Management & IT Security implementation and migration experience including:
- Email;
- Active Directory;
- Azure Identity;
- Role based authorization;
- Simple Sign On;
- Multi Factor Authentication.
- Network and telecom implementation and/or migration experience including:
- WAN;
- LAN;
- Firewall;
- Telecom-VoIP;
- End User Computing;
- PCs;
- Laptops;
- Tablets;
- Device Image Management;
- Device Asset Management.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
