Business Systems Analyst (Epicor BSA)

Summary

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business system solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization. This role requires a solid understanding of Manufacturing ERP systems, particularly Epicor XP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Lead the implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on-time.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are functioning as expected.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Manufacturing ERP systems, specifically Epicor XP.
• Solid understanding of ERP modules, data integration, and process automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to identify and address business challenges.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering and improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and database management.
  
  

This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire hybrid opportunity with potential extensions for our Burnsville, MN client.
