The Development Lead - Dynamics 365 F&O will oversee the development and customization of the Dynamics 365 platform, leading a team of developers to deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement).
- Manage a development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Enforce best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Azure services.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Work with EDI, BI, and Digital teams to maintain system integrations.
- Coordinate with release management teams for deployment planning and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement).
- Strong skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in system integrations using APIs, Logic Apps, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 6 years of experience with X .
- Asynchronous integrations between D365FO and external systems.
- Data migration experience with X or SQL Server.
