Dynamics 365 Architect

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in our operations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, in-depth knowledge of business processes, and a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the enterprise ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) using Power Platform workflows and plugins.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 development, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration designs.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that meet evolving needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and training for users.
• Articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Advanced knowledge of Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., logic Apps, APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.
• In-depth understanding of security, compliance, and scalability requirements in enterprise solutions.
• Ability to serve as the trusted voice at the decision-making table, working as a thought leader who is passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong desire to build and maintain relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions in a manufacturing, supply chain, or telecommunications environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning in Dynamics 365 solutions.
