Responsibilities
- Provide direction to the Consulting Team, consisting of SMEs, consultants, and technical experts.
- Work closely with members of other divisions and third-parties to manage the overall success of an engagement.
- Plan and prioritize work for the Engagement Team, recognizing that each team member holds an important piece of the puzzle.
- Maximize utilization of resources allocated to assigned projects.
- Work with Sales and Consulting team members to finalize work estimates.
- Manage project budgets and engagement run rates.
- Manage project timelines.
- Produce clear, accurate, and timely project control reports.
- Communicate clearly and comfortably with clients, constantly and consistently.
- Develop business and technical familiarity to grow as a credible engagement leader.
- 10 years of professional experience (preferably in the Technology or Insurance domain).
- 3-5 years of experience as Solutions Project Manager or Consulting Engagement Manager.
- Experience in Wealth Management and/or Mutual Funds.
- Ability to utilize formal project management tools and techniques including, but not limited to MS Project, Gantt charts, PowerPoint timelines, Excel formulas, and MS Word status reports.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with Life Insurance & Annuities products, services, and workflows.
- Business consulting experience.
