What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Project Manager position at TriCom Technical Services?
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects across the EPMO within the Banking industry.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to establish consensus on project scope, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, adjust, and communicate each project’s schedule.
- Identify constraints and risks, then coordinate the resolution of complex issues.
- Track, measure, and report on project status and progress.
- Coordinate with IT resource managers and implementation partners to ensure each project has proper staffing during each phase/sprint of the SDLC.
- Ensure project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures are followed throughout the life of the project.
- 8 years of Project Management experience.
- Waterfall & Agile project experience.
- Proficiency with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) every week.
- PMP certification.
- Banking industry experience.
