Job Title : Production Associate (Filling) - Pumping finished product out of tanks using filling equipment. this product goes directly into customer containers.

Job Summary :
The Paint Filling Operator is responsible for the operation of machinery and equipment used in the filling of paint products into containers. This role involves ensuring that the filling process is conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing quality checks on filled products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Machine Operation :
Operate and monitor paint filling machines to ensure proper functioning.
Fill containers with paint products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of filled containers to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of filling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling paint products.
Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality checks, and machine maintenance.
Work closely with other operators, quality control personnel, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
