Job Description :
We are seeking a QC Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Delaware OH. This role will oversee quality control laboratory operations ensuring efficient workflow risk mitigation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to a team of technicians while driving strategic initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations and resource allocation within the QC team.
- Support crossfunctional groups and facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with lab leads to optimize efficiency across work areas.
- Conduct daily team meetings and ensure technicians needs are met.
- Support the achievement of strategic goals and maintain the Quality Management System .
- Develop and maintain personal and team development plans.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives as assigned.
