Volkswagen of America or Audi of America Collision Repair Facility Program Administrator
Primary Function:The Program Administrator (2 positions for VW and 2 positions for Audi) will be a remote role, operating during normal business hours, 40 hours per week with some flexibility as needed. All time zones are acceptable.
The primary focus of this role is to oversee and administer the Audi Authorized or VW Certified Collision Program in accordance with established processes by Audi or VW. A secondary focus is to enhance program administration to support planned growth and an expanding network of repair facilities.
The daily direction and supervision will come from both the Audi Program Manager and the Auditing Manager, with line reporting to the Auditing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Learn the role of the current Program Manager and Director and facilitate a transition of duties to the Program Administrator.
- Oversee the authorization process for independent and dealer-owned repair facilities to become Audi Authorized Repair Centers under program requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Collision Centers during the authorization process.
- Ensure compliance by holding Collision Centers accountable for meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate the roles of third-party suppliers in the certification and training process.
- Maintain and update program materials and tools, including but not limited to:
- Equipment and Tooling Self-Assessment
- Network & Audit Reporting (dissemination as needed)
- Process Flow Chart
- Service Process Guide
- Vehicle Tracker
- Tow Notifications
- Learning Management System (Course Scheduling) for Audi Instructor-led classes
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and lead implementation efforts.
- Generate and distribute tracking and status reports for program stakeholders.
- Serve as the central contact for OEMs, Dealers, and Authorized Repair Centers regarding program-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between Authorized Repair Centers, third-party suppliers, After Sales personnel, internal Audi/VW departments, and the Program Manager/Director.
- Track and maintain the department's budget and expenses.
- Initiate the purchasing process through the internal purchasing portal.
- Conduct business analytics related to the Collision Repair Network (CRN Dashboard).
- Provide support to Audi Certified Trainers.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
Other Details & Requirements:
- Full-time contract position.
- Initial assignment projected for three years.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
