SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in emergency vehicle lighting and supplies for police, fire, and EMS departments. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the emergency vehicle or public safety industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. SAP Business One knowledge a plus.
- A high level of motivation and a results-driven approach to sales.
- Knowledge of emergency vehicle lighting and supplies is a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must have critical thinking skills.
- Must be punctual.
- Ability to follow specific written and verbal instructions.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand the unique needs of police, fire, and EMS departments and recommend appropriate lighting and supply solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the sales process.

Pay: $49,832.64 - $54,815.90 per year
