Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign existing in-person training content for virtual delivery across multiple formats, including:
- Live instructor-led sessions
- Recorded webinars
- Micro-learning segments
- Interactive web-based trainings (WBTs)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new virtual training courses aligned with investigative best practices.
- Utilize instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 to create engaging, user-friendly training modules.
- Manage virtual course delivery using platforms such as Adobe Connect, and ensure smooth learner experience.
- Incorporate multimedia, interactive components, and learner assessments to drive knowledge retention.
- Support the transition of training content in response to the evolving needs of law enforcement professionals.
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of virtual and web-based training materials.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Connect, and other eLearning development tools.
- Familiarity with training best practices for law enforcement audiences.
- Experience developing content related to:
- Electronic surveillance
- Communications data collection and analysis
- Social media investigations
- Technical location and intercept capabilities
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
