Daily Opportunities

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, sub-contractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read a scope of work and execute efficiently.

• Review job scope and estimate with Operations Manager, Estimators and insurance representative to obtain approval to begin projects.

• Ensures all proper paperwork and payment schedules are in order before a job begins.

• Maintains excellent communication with all involved parties throughout the job.

• Work with Estimator on updating billing supplements throughout the progress of the job.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects.

• Ability to manage, motivate, guide, direct, and schedule team members as well as sub-contractors.

• Preferred reliable sub-contractor base
