Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales and Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, sales skills, leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope. In addition, this candidate will have to see the project through from A-Z and will have to work with insurance companies and stakeholders in a timely manner to get projects approved for our clients. This role requires effective communication, sales skills, risk management, and a strategic approach to project execution.

Responsibilities
- Sell, close, and collect all paperwork, money and contracts needed for each job through cold outreach and company given leads.
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and track progress against objectives.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using effective scope management techniques.
- Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Work with insurance companies and provide them the correct information in the right way to get projects approved for the stakeholders.
Requirements
- Past sales experience in construction and trades highly desired but not required. Paid training provided.
- Need to have reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Must be professional in person with strong social skills.
- Must be able to get on a ladder and perform roof inspections.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in risk management practices and tools.
- Experience with data collection methods for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with meeting facilitation techniques to drive productive discussions.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of contract management processes is a plus.
