Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for order fulfillment and distribution center management.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless transportation planning and freight management.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align warehouse capabilities with operational demands.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and distribution center operations.
