Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of residential swimming pools. This role requires basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on pools, including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections of pool equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working with chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Dependable with strong organizational skills
- Mechanical knowledge desired but not required
- Enjoy working outside and in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
