Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for all patients.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure minimal wait times.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental office software (e.g., Open Dental) is an advantage.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
