Position Summary
Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Program Integrator supporting multiple programs in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time position supporting the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC). This person will be responsible for the integration of testing for DoD weapon systems. The Program Integrator is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs efforts involving internal and external organizations. This role involves collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and resources, as well as identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the success of the program. The Program Integrator will be responsible for all schedules and reports associated with the program. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with current and anticipated RTC customers to identify needs, requirements, and objectives necessary to conduct evaluations of Weapon Systems. RTCs primary customers include aviation, missile, and sensor systems.
- Attend Program Office Technical Working Interchange meetings and provide feedback to RTC team.
- Oversee successful integration of data collection, modeling & simulation, and hardware stimulation capabilities for customer Test Events.
- Coordinate with RTCs Test Planning office to submit ROMs and Statements of Work
- Identify test needs, gaps, requirements, and relevant enabling technologies available for improved Testing.
- Integrate, plan and facilitate the handoff of needs and requirements with RTCs test team to include prioritization of needed capabilities.
- Create and present customized executive-level briefings to facilitate the discernment, development, and application of new test capabilities. Provide executive-level briefings as the RTC customer desires.
- Facilitate communication and shared understanding across the RTC team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a DoD acquisition project office environment.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator or project engineer.
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills required.
- Experienced in creating briefings as well as briefing senior leadership within Army organizations.
- U.S. citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of administrative experience supporting DoD or other scientific / technical programs
- Thorough understanding of how developmental testing fits into the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle
- High level of fluency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
