Position Summary
Trideum Corporation is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team supporting multiple programs in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time position supporting the US Army Redstone Test Center (RTC). This person will be responsible for assisting our Senior Program Manager and associated project managers with managing scope, budget, schedule and deliverables for a rapidly growing team.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Schedule meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes
- Draft and distribute reports pulled from multiple sources and personnel
- Track and update financial reports for multiple contracts across multiple programs
- Manage Microsoft Teams and Channels
- Maintain, update and occasionally develop reporting dashboards
- Maintain and update multiple calendars
- Track and monitor program purchases
- Manage corporate and RTC onboarding as well as out processing for new hires and outgoing employees
- Track training status and requirements (both corporate and RTC) for all team members
- Respond to RFI's from customer and corporate management
- Track program and contractual costs, working closely with both RTC and Trideum Accounting
- Assist Senior Program Manager in developing program cost controls
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Program Manager
