Apprentice Craftsman

I’m looking for an Apprentice Craftsman for my home improvement company that strives to provide excellent service. Your mission is to make everyone's job stress-free.

I'm an Army Vet Captain Engineer Officer, who is upfront, standard-driven, and who cares about your development. You can make a great living in the trades, and I'll be happy when you feel confident enough to go out on your own.

• Can lift/hold light to heavy items, ~100 pounds.

Experience:

• Share about your relevant experience.
• No experience needed. Have a good attitude. Don't be the type that needs to be babysat.

Pay: Progression is up to you

• Hourly, W-2 Bi-weekly
• Apprentice Craftsman $15/hr
• Craftsman $20/hr: can complete all construction tasks with light supervision
• Lead Craftsman $25/hr: leads all tasks with no supervision
• Construction Foreman: $30/hr: leads a crew and project.

Schedule: Flexible. Work is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Uncommonly, work may be outside of these time-frames.

Work performance is expected to be timely, clean, and up to standard.
