What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager/PM (heavy emphasis on balcony waterproofing; Spanish required) position at Trifecta?
Trifecta Reconstruction, a firm specializing in multi-family common area reconstruction, in business for 19 years, located in Van Nuys, is in search of an experienced Construction Manager - who has considerable reconstruction experience (vs. new construction only).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Real life specialized trade knowledge of waterproofing, balconies, planters, roofing, and other waterproofing systems. In addition to general construction knowledge
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to read blueprints
- This is a position with 75% field work and 25% office work
- Ability to manage 5 jobs simultaneously
- As the PM, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of each specific job – pre commencement understanding of the scope of work, overseeing all communications with the client and crews, ability to drive the job forward while maintaining quality and customer service, liaising with our accounting departing on invoicing, managing time and materials budget, managing payroll, and overseeing all aspects of the job that a knowledgeable and experienced PM knows and does
