This role includes base pay plus commission, and the base pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $169,400.00 - $245,300.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $142,992.00 - $207,059.00.Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Strategic Growth Development:
- Design and implement a forward-looking growth strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, identifies new market opportunities, and fosters sustainable revenue expansion.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure growth initiatives, adapting strategies as needed.
- Build, mentor, and lead a dedicated team by providing strategic direction to support the company’s ambitious growth and account management goals.
Business Development:
- Develop and lead business development and revenue growth strategies, identifying and capitalizing on strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion with clear goals and actionable plans.
- Develop and manage a full-cycle strategic sales strategy that builds and manages a robust pipeline for business growth, guiding opportunities through a defined process from prospecting to closure, and driving both short-term growth and long-term market expansion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product development strategies with market needs, value propositions, and business opportunities.
Go-to-Market Leadership:
- Partner with marketing to refine brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer messaging.
- Develop and optimize the value proposition to resonate with market opportunities and customer needs.
Proposal and RFP Management:
- Develop and standardize RFP processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead all RFP responses, crafting compelling narratives, creating win themes, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure they realize the full benefits of our solutions, gain referrals, and drive successful, long-term engagements that promote TriForza.
- Develop initiatives to elevate the client experience, address challenges proactively, and ensure long-term account growth and retention.
- Represent TriForza with professionalism, communicating our value proposition and capabilities effectively.

- Proven expertise in business development and technology sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in SaaS products, IT solutions, and enterprise technology.
- 10 years of experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship, talent development, and organizational leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in healthcare insurance, digital health solutions, or health tech ecosystems.
- Extensive experience in start-ups, new ventures, or scaling businesses, with a demonstrated ability to launch and expand new product portfolios, enter new markets, and drive sustainable growth.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, build strategic partnerships, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-year strategic plans, aligning business objectives with long-term growth and innovation strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in market research, opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
