Job Summary
The Sr. (Executive) Director is responsible for all executive leadership functions for PACE of Cincinnati, including PACE Center operations, CMS and ODSA compliance with the federal PACE regulation and ODA policies and procedures, quality, participant safety, enrollment, intake and outreach, health plan operations, and financial performance. The Executive Director will report to the President & CEO of Hospice of Cincinnati.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee and administrate PACE of Cincinnati and effectively lead all program functions.
- Direct and supervise the PACE of Cincinnati leadership team.
- Develop and implement written policies and procedures governing the operation of PACE of Cincinnati.
- Notify CMS and ODA of any changes to organizational structure or key leadership positions within established timeframes.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the PACE of Cincinnati Compliance Plan.
- Ensure PACE of Cincinnati maintains an effective PACE Quality Plan and report meaningful quality data regularly to the governing body.
- Represent the PACE program professionally in the community and at national and state levels.
- Establish collaborative relationships with key community-based organizations that align with PACE strategy and goals.
- Ensure adequate census growth and collaborate with the governing body on an effective Marketing Plan and enrollment goals.
- Develop a regulatory-compliant and effective PACE service delivery model specific to the needs of participants and caregivers.
- Maintain program compliance at federal and state levels and work collaboratively with governmental agencies regarding regulatory requirements.
- Ensure fiscal soundness of PACE of Cincinnati, including preparing the annual operating budget and reviewing monthly financial statements.
- Oversee utilization management, collaborating with the Medical Director and clinical leaders to optimize quality and efficiency of care delivery.
- Initiate and implement PACE long-term strategic planning in collaboration with the governing body.
- Other duties as assigned by the governing body.
