Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Manager in Hartland, WI to work with an established, nationwide contractor that specializes in cold-storage facilities for many industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and compliance requirements to ensure the successful completion of projects.Duties : Work with client’s Facilities, Architectural Design, Estimating Engineers and Construction Managers, as well as outside Engineering firms and Contractors, in planning and executing major food facility construction projects.Administer, control, and manage high-profile food industry-related projects from conception through close-out with minimal supervision, all while controlling costs, schedule, subcontractors, subcontract execution, purchases, construction meetings, material suppliers, and review of payment requests to establish and manage budgetsInteract with the client to meet company set margins and quality standardsReview shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and processingResponsible for directing and providing training to Assistant Project Managers, as required, per assigned projects, and includes evaluation of performance and executionOversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.Compensation : Annual salary up to $140,000 / yearM / D / V insurance401k with 50% company match, up to federal limitLife Insurance and Long-term disability policiesPTOPaid holidaysVehicle and cell phone allowanceQualifications : College degree in an appropriate engineering discipline, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering5 to 10 years of experience managing construction projectsFamiliarity with relevant building codes, practices, and principlesKnowledge of construction project development, cost-estimating, and Owner Occupancy requirements is a mustOutstanding managerial, technical, and communications capabilitiesFoodservice construction and / or refrigeration experience is desirableA Professional Engineer credential is a plus, but not necessaryPrevious experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office programsApply directly on our website : Trillium Staffing - Jobs
