Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a full service construction firm in Arkansas. As a Project Manager in the construction industry, you will oversee day-to-day operations on construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a team of professionals, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities:
-Review project plans, estimate costs, and manage bids.
-Prepare necessary paperwork such as submittals, cost breakdowns, and subcontractor approvals.
-Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and other important -documents.
-Oversee project scheduling and coordinate with Superintendents to meet deadlines.
-Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay on track and within scope.
-Handle subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and purchase orders.
-Track changes to projects and manage all change order requests.
-Ensure all required documentation, including invoices and lien waivers, is processed accurately.
-Keep in regular contact with the Project Owner and Architect/Engineer throughout the project.
-Manage project closeout and ensure all final documents and punch list items are completed.

Qualifications:
-5 years of experience in the construction industry (field experience preferred).
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents.

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
