Your Role:
Quality Improvement Manager
- Manages quality improvement process on residential campuses, focusing on targets identified for Secure Inpatient Level of care.
- Managing contract deliverables, working with leadership in developing durable solutions to improve quality of care for Residential Treatment
- Coordinating and enroll Secure Inpatient clients and act as a community liaison for secure impatient level of care in the state of Oregon.
- Gather and disseminate data to leadership to inform quality of programming.
- Works with leadership in residential level of care to help identify barriers to quality of care and work with them in designing and carrying out solutions.
- Lead and provide support to various committees and teams to standardize processes, reduce variation, and improve agency outcomes.
- Manages SAIP/SCIP contract with OHA and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Work with the Health Care Data Analyst in collecting and reporting out services and outcomes for the SIP Advisory Council.
- Attend quarterly SIP advisory council meeting and provide data and insight to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Monitors ongoing utilization review of SIP services with public and commercial funders, as needed.
- Represent Trillium in state services and coordination groups. Provide community education for SIP level of care, services offered and eligibility requirements.
- Maintains SIP referral lists, arranges for SIP admissions, including scheduling and completing all required paperwork, as needed.
- Consults with internal clinical teams, psychologists, and other treatment team members regarding treatment issues and concerns; tracks discharge planning.
- Fulltime 40 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Position can be home based at the Portland or Corvallis location (must be an Oregon/Washington resident with the ability for occasional on-site office hours)
About You:
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years practical experience in clinical practice, project management and supervising interdisciplinary teams in human services programs.
- Strong computer skills, word processing and data entry
- Superior written communication skills.
- Knowlege of quality improvement and compliance efforts in therapeutic services
